Welcome to PropelFollow. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and use our application, particularly concerning our integration with Google Workspace and Gmail APIs.

2. Google API Services Usage Disclosure

PropelFollow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data We Collect

To provide our service, we collect and process the following data:

  • Account Information: Your email address and basic profile information provided by Google OAuth.
  • Gmail Data: With your explicit consent, we access your Sent folder to detect business proposals. We store snippets of these emails (up to 500 characters) and the recipient's email address strictly to track silence and generate follow-up drafts.
  • Authentication Tokens: We securely store OAuth access and refresh tokens to maintain your connection. These are encrypted at rest.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to provide the core functionality of PropelFollow:

  • To scan your sent emails for potential proposals.
  • To check for client replies to your tracked proposals.
  • To generate contextual AI follow-up drafts using a third-party AI provider (Anthropic/Claude). Please note that only the necessary context (email snippets and subject lines) are sent to the AI, and this data is not used to train their models.
  • To send follow-up emails on your behalf, but only when you explicitly click "Send".

5. Data Sharing and AI Processing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share specific snippets of your email data with our AI provider (Anthropic) for the sole purpose of generating your follow-up drafts. The AI provider is bound by strict confidentiality and does not retain your data for model training.

6. Data Security and Deletion

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time from your Dashboard settings, which will immediately revoke our access and securely delete your stored tokens.
